Introduction
Guests will enter Villa Yo-Yo through an impressive pair of towering antique doors. Boasting contemporary tropical architecture, a fresh white décor, and custom-made dark wood furniture, the property comprises a spacious 2-storey building with a wrap around terrace, an adjacent single-storey guest pavilion, a swimming pool and two relaxation pavilions set within a huge walled garden complete with coconut palms, flowering trees and tropical shrubs. Terraces, Living, Dining, Office and Service Kitchen
The main 2-storey building houses three of the bedrooms and is characterised by a colonnaded wrap-around Terrace and a corresponding wide wrap-around balcony on the upper floor. The terrace is furnished with a large circular table and six chairs for alfresco dining under a funky metal chandelier. There is also a bar with a curved façade, and a cushioned rattan sofa and chairs together with a glass-topped rattan table.

Indoors is a large Living, Dining & Office Area, with a cool terrazzo floor scattered with Oriental rugs. Here, guests can enjoy a more formal dining experience around a solid chunky dining table for ten. The office area is furnished with a daybed, shelf units and a desk, and is equipped with a computer, Internet access, a fax machine, and a central telephone system. The open-plan TV Room boasts a satellite TV and DVD player, two substantially-sized yielding sofas, a large square coffee table, a lazy chair and a pair of carved side tables positioned upon a warm parquet floor under a soaring pitched roof. This cosy, relaxing area is tastefully enhanced with local artifacts and mirrors.

The Main Kitchen is a chef’s dream in black, white and chrome. Immaculate and professionally equipped, it features black marble surfaces and white cabinets, with adjacent store rooms. There is a small garden and terrace at the back of the property beside the kitchen, which is home to a gorgeous statue of the Hindu god, ‘Ganesha’. The villa is also equipped with a generator.

Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom, Children’s Bedroom and Guest House
The air-conditioned Master Bedroom is located downstairs and is dominated by a king size four-poster bed resting upon a parquet floor. The beautiful customised furniture includes a large daybed, wardrobe and cupboards; there is also a TV and DVD player and a safety deposit box, and local artwork adorns one wall. The adjoining cream terrazzo bathroom features ‘his & hers’ washbasins, coffee-coloured mosaic tiles, a shower positioned within a spacious glass cubicle, and a toilet. A sliding door leads from the bedroom directly onto the verandah.

A terrazzo staircase leads up to the air-conditioned Guest Bedroom, featuring a parquet floor and furnished with a queen size divan bed complete with a mosquito net. There is also a daybed that can be set up as an extra bed, a custom-made side table, and a safety deposit box. A wardrobe offers ample storage space, and a TV and DVD player is provided for the entertainment of the guests. Colourful antique window shutters are mounted on the wall to provide an unusual and attractive decorative feature. Furnished with cushions, it is great for chilling out with a book or taking an afternoon nap. A small, 2-storey, rectangular, wooden gazebo, charmingly fashioned in the form of a traditional rice barn – known as a ‘lumbung’ or ‘jineng’ – with a thatched, horseshoe-shaped roof, rests in another part of the garden. It features a lower platform and a staircase leading up to a private, upper room accessed by a Lombok door. This is a fun playhouse for children.

“Villa Samudra Raya” is set in a quiet compound less than 300 meters from the main road in the center of Seminyak, the area between Legian/Seminyak and kerobokan. The international airport is about 15 minutes away.

Accommodation

Villa Sakti comprises of four separated buildings.

The two story entrance building has the entryways along with access to staff quarter downstairs and a double en-suited bedroom upstairs.

Upon entering the villa, on the left-hand side is the two story main building is housing two kitchens, formal dining table for 12, and comfortable lounge with state-of-the-art audio system combining Yamaha controller and Bose speakers. Upstairs is the extra-spacious master bedroom offering separated lounge, large antique working desk, and ample walk-through closet.

Adjacent to the main building is a large traditional open pavilion locally known as Wantilan overlooking the swimming pool. The pavilion features large round dining table, comfortable daybed, and sun-loungers.

On the right-hand side is guest pavilion featuring open lounge facing the garden and two en-suited bedrooms. Each guest bedrooms have a daybed, one has double bed and the other has twin beds.

All bedrooms have both air conditioning and ceiling fan. Large windows and sliding doors allow you to also enjoy natural breeze. Exposing functionality, bedrooms are decorated in simple modern style accentuated by traditional and antique artifacts. En-suite bathrooms come with vanity and hot-and-cold running shower. To complement your enjoyment, all bedrooms are equipped with large LCD TV, DVD player, and Bose iPod docking station.

Garden and Swimming Pool

Spacious wooden pool-side deck with sun-beds and parasols in front of the main house is suitable for both sunbathing and barbecue. Large lap pool in natural Palimanan stone accentuated with fountains has overflow edge, creating impressive waterfall effect down to the lawn in front of the guest pavilion.

Garden is simple yet adorable with decently manicured grass accentuated with tropical shrubs and fragrant frangipani.

Location

Located just behind famous resort complex, all resort facilities are located just at your doorsteps. Decent fine dining restaurants are closed by. Seminyak beach, which is among the most famous spots along miles of golden sandy beach on the South-West coast is reachable on foot.

Villa Puri Uma Dewi is constructed in a complete rectangular encircling a large tropical garden and private swimming pool, on all sides. A long covered walkway with wooden floors and handrails connect the separate pavilions and structures of the main building and guest compound. Gates open to the inner garden and pool areas, which are an excellent deterrent for families with small children. The main structure has a main fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area with an upper level built-in sofa with cushions for group entertaining, which is located next to another living area with sofas. In the rear area of the main structure 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are located with large en-suite bathrooms. The guest compound has a separate kitchen and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms.

Both the main structure and guest compound have a TV/Study room adjacent to the master bedrooms, which can be used as optional bedrooms or rooms for small children. Villa Puri Uma Dewi is ideal for families and small groups. The buildings are spread out throughout the property, thus assuring privacy. The interior design is tasteful and stylish. All the bedrooms can be enclosed or open areas. The living area faces the garden with a large swimming pool, outdoor dining pavilion and pool lounging pavilion.

Main structure and guest compound: 7 Bedrooms plus an optional air-conditioned sleeping room with ensuite bathrooms. 1 bedroom is a traditional rice barn converted into a bedroom with air-conditioning and a ladder-entrance with bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom overlooking the garden and pool, has a 4 poster king size bed, large ensuite indoor/outdoor bathroom, walk in dressing room and adjacent children’s room with two single beds. All other bedrooms feature queen sized beds. In the guest house the TV room can be an optional bedroom if required. The billiard room upstairs bedroom is air-conditioned with a Chinese bed.
